If you do research you will see that too much keratin causes skin problems like the chicken skin that I have. It looks like tiny bumps (chicken skin) that are heaviest along back of my arms. Best thing for keratosis pilaris!
My daughter suffers from pretty severe keratosis polaris over much of her body. This lotion has been great! We have tried many different products, including prescription lotions, but have not been happy. She is able to use this on face, neck, arms, back & legs without it being sticky or smelling bad AND it works! It has been the best option we have found in years! The fact that it has natural ingredients only makes me love it more!

Feels good
I use this twice a day on arms for keratosis pilaris and it works well. I use it after exfoliation every night and the peppermint is very soothing. Has done wonders for the bumps.

wow wow wow!!!
I have used many creams, lotions, butters, and oils in order to get rid of my KP but nothing has worked as well this rough and bumpy lotion!! I hated wearing shorts because of my KP and pretty much gave up and accepted that I would never have normal skin. For whatever reason I decided to give this lotion a try since I was already buying the skin nutrive serum for tanning. Not sure if it was a combination of the two or this lotion alone (combined with sun exposure) but my legs are clearer than they've ever been. I'm more comfortable wearing shorts out. I'm already planning on buying my next bottle! If you struggle with KP this product really does work. Well, it did for me at least and I had a pretty severe case. We're talking chicken skin from the tippy tops of my thighs, all over, all the way down to my ankles. Give it a try and you'll see!!

I have two teenage boys that have a lot of bumps on their arms. After one week both of them had less redness around the bumps (in fact it's almost gone) and the bumps are smaller and far less than before they started using this product.

Clearly Less Rough & Bumpy Skin
I have had Keratosis Pilaris for a very long time and have tried almost everything. When I saw the Just Nutritive Rough & Bumpy Skin Lotion on Pinterest, I decided to try it. I was already using their shampoo (which I like very much), so why not try their lotion? I have to say that this lotion is the first thing that has worked for my rough & bumpy skin (on my upper and lower arms.) I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin immediately...the roughness had been tamed and the bumps seemed to be less prominent. I use this lotion about 2-3 times a day. You don't need to use a lot. I would highly recommend it.
