  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
  • We do not offer free international shipping
  • Estimated delivery times: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed

Important: Customs, Duties & Taxes

PLEASE NOTE: The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

  • You (the recipient) are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your country
  • Import taxes, customs duties, and fees are determined by your destination country
  • These charges are separate from and in addition to your order total and shipping fees
  • Charges are typically collected upon delivery or by your local customs office
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts
  • We cannot mark packages as "gift" or declare lower values to avoid customs fees (this is illegal)

Refused or Abandoned Packages

If you refuse delivery or abandon a package due to customs fees:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from any refund
  • We are not responsible for packages abandoned at customs
  • Products may be destroyed by customs if not claimed

Prohibited Items

Some countries restrict or prohibit certain cosmetic ingredients. It is your responsibility to ensure our products are allowed in your country before ordering.

  • We do not provide international return labels
  • Returns must comply with our standard 30-day return policy
  • Products must be declared accurately on customs forms when returning
