If you do research you will see that too much keratin causes skin problems like the chicken skin that I have. It looks like tiny bumps (chicken skin) that are heaviest along back of my arms. I have very dry bumpy skin and my dermatologist recommended one they refer to their customers, however did nothing for my skin. This lotion actually works and noticed my skin felt smoother within a week and the bumps started to disappear. Not only that, but other lotions that I have gotten from my dermatologist were sticky and didn't smell great either. I would definitely recommend this lotion to family and friends.

Idk about the bumps but boy is it soothing!!
I recieved a small sample size of this lotion and thought hmm not really sure about bumps but I sure got rough skin (as I work with my hands) so let's try it on my hands 1st then I noticed the minty soothing feeling omg ahhhhhh heaven! It's kind of like the icey hot without the rank scent and sticky feeling...if that makes sense anyway iam sure it works for bumps as well because every product I've ever tried from this company kicks butt & does exactly what it supposed to plus the reviews section seems to suggest so also I have been using their clear face & body wash for 8 years now & been rosatia free ever since love the products they push out I swear by them you wont be disappointed!!!

I received a sample of this lotion in one of my orders, and it came in the winter when my feet seem to suffer badly from the dryness. I applied it around the back and sides of my feet where the "bumpiness" and dryness was the worst. In a matter of a few days I could see a real transformation and that cracked, bumpy skin was gone! Same effect on the back of my arms. (The peppermint scent is also great!)

If people have small lumps on top part of arm they would be wise to get tested for coeliac disease. It’s a known indicator of possible coeliac disease

No more bumps!!!!
Since I can remember I have had "chicken skin" bumps on the back of my arms and back of my thighs. I've tried every lotion out there, tried a gluten free diet, vitamins, you name it I have tried it over the last 20 years. Got a free sample of this and I will be buying the full bottle asap! My skin was almost perfectly smooth in hours after the first use. I barely even used any since I was in a rush.. then felt my arm and leg later and my jaw hit the floor, I can't believe how good and smooth my arms and legs feel. If you are like me, buy this, at the very least get a sample so you can see what I'm talking about!! AMAZING!!!
