TIPS

• This product is ideal for chemically treated hair, dry, damaged hair, and curly/kinky textured hair as well.

• Use this before you shampoo. To maximize the moisture in this product, wrap a warm towel around your head or sit under a dryer.

• Use this product as a deep conditioner as well. It will give the hair moisture; making it soft and silky.

I love a good old hair product that leaves my curls soft, shiny, and manageable. Most hair masks are to be used after you shampoo, and before you condition. But with this one, it is to be used before you shampoo and condition. I feel that that makes more sense because then you can shampoo out all the excess residue rather than just rinsing it out. Shampooing a product off will guarantee that your scalp will be cleaner. The texture of this masque is not heavy, yet not too light. So, I start off by wetting my hair till it is really wet. Then, I scoop some of the cream out with the plastic scoop that comes along with the product. I apply it to my scalp and kind of massage it in, and then apply some more throughout my curl. It smells like roses and apricots. As I am looking at the ingredient list, I love them! The first and main ingredient is Aloe Vera which soothes the scalp. There is Avocado Oil which is a deep penetrating oil. All the ingredients are organic and natural, and you can be assured there is no Dimethicone. After 20 minutes of having the mask in my hair, I rinse it out. My hair feels more refreshed and very hydrated. After shampooing and conditioning and leaving my hair to dry, my curls feel really bouncy and look healthier. The jar is really big, and a little goes a long way!.

I use this on both my hair and my daughter's hair. We have 2 completely different hair textures. My hair is very fine, but kinky curly. I can't use oil on my hair because it weighs it down very easily. When I use this regularly, people compliment me on how healthy my hair looks. I love this product as a pre-poo and deep conditioner. I have very fine 3C curls that get very dry. This creamy pre-poo really smooths and tame my flyaway hairs and edges. You can comb your hair without any resistance and it maintains it manageability by the next time you wash. As a deep conditioner, I apply this after shampooing or co-washing thoroughly and let it sit for about 20 minutes with a shower cap. Leaves you with salon worthy hair.

I use this product every week before I shampoo and it is amazing! I have thick 4A-B hair when stretched or wet it is mid back length and dry it gently grazes my shoulders. I apply this pre-poo to light dampen hair and start finger detangling any knots I find. I allow it to sit for about 15 to 30 minutes with a plastic shower cap and a warm towel. I rinse this out with lukewarm water and use a sulfate free shampoo and use my favorite deep conditioner. My hair was so much easier to comb and my kinks, coils, and curls looked so well hydrated, smooth and popping. I never got these results with just my regular shampoo and deep conditioner.
