How to Use
Apply vinegar rinse to skin before bathing, showering or washing.
Allow the rinse to be absorbed for a few minutes.
Then, rinse with warm water.

I am so glad I took a chance on this stuff! This works way better than my prescriptions for my psoriasis! I had terrible patches COVERING my right hand and getting worse all the time on my left hand.
