I have short silver hair that just looked boring.. started with the purple shampoo/conditioner... beautiful results and no purple tone.. then I got the leave in conditioner, then the gray hair shampoo/conditioner... I only use the purple maybe twice a week..also purchased the sunless facial tanner... these are all exceptional, well made, reasonably priced quality products and I would refer anyone with silver/gray hair to try...and I have... I've totally eliminated other products in my shower... hank you for such exceptional products 💛

Slower but. better

Why four stars and not five. It is slower. If you have a wedding on Saturday and brassy hair on Thursday, this is not the bottle that saves you. It is the one you use for months so that Thursday never happens. That is the better product, but it is not the more satisfying one, and I think people should know which they are buying.

Purple Duo is a purple dud!

I was excited to find a shampoo and conditioner duo that professed to keep my white hair from yellowing and which appeared to be made of “natural” ingredients. These products stained my fingernails a bluish-purple color and left my hair feeling as if I had rubbed my head in a tub of grease. Very disappointing!

I’ve only used it once and did not see any discernible difference, so I really need to save my comments until I’ve used it a few more times. While the other shampoo and conditioners I have used from just nutritive make my hair feel good, I have used those for quite some time and have not seen any difference in the yellow tinge or texture to my grey/silver hair.

I just used the purple shampoo & conditioner this morning and I’m crazy about it! It smells delicious and my hair is unbelievably shiny. Although its a little pricey, it’s definitely wirth it. We have well water and Orange dirt. That combination tends to “yellow” my gray, but this solved that problem. After just 1 use, the yellow is gone!

Good product, messy logistics

Fine product, annoying logistics. It will stain a light washcloth and it got under my nails the first couple of times. I wear gloves now and keep a dark towel in the shower just for this.

Fixes its own dryness

Purple shampoos have always left my hair squeaking. This one does too, honestly, but the conditioner that comes with it fixes that in the same shower. That is the whole reason I would buy the set again.
