I’ve been using these products for over 5 years now. It keeps my gray hair soft, shiny and brilliant! I am African American and it was amazed at how well this product works!
So far, I tried the gray hair shampoo and conditioner and the blue shampoo. They are AMAZING! They leave my hair so soft and not dry and brittle like so many other “blue” shampoos. And they smell amazing. I still haven’t used them long enough to see how it will help with the brassy/green tinge (I am still transitioning, so I had to bleach layers of dark brown hair color and let about two inches of my natural salt and pepper blend in). But so far, I’m very happy even just with the condition of my hair. I can see myself sticking to this product. Also, I love that I don’t need a huge amount to lather. A little goes a long way.

I’ve been using the silver and grey hair perfecting duo for one and a half months. It’s made a lot of difference in the appearance of my hair. No yellow.
Have only been using for a week and have already noticed my hair looks brighter!!! I still have blond mixed in with gray but both look evened out!
Never have an issue with yellowing while in NM as we have well water but in AZ the water is so different and even with a softener and shower filter my hair yellows. That being said this shampoo seems to be working but I have only used it a few times so we’ll see if it continues to work.
All of your ads are very misleading, the models did not go from colored ends to fabulous gray hair. Post some real pictures of people using the shampoo and not bleaching their hair and using a toner. I am not a fan of this shampoo at all. My hair doesn’t feel clean and I have had to wash more often. I see no difference in the color and my regular shampoo leaves my hair shiny and lots of body.

The shampoo didn’t clean my hair and the conditioner left my hair feeling like straw.
I was so excited when the product came in since my gray have turned ashy. I first used the Purple Toning shampoo, as my hair air dried, my scalp started to itch. So I reqashed it hoping maybe I had not rinsed it well, but my scalp started itching again (I was terribly disappointed). Then, I washed it with the other product, and it did not give me an itchy scalp. I wrote to the company and they refunded me for the Purple Toning but they did not say anything regarding it possibly being the cause of my itchy scalp. Thank you for the refund.
