PSORIASIS?
Psoriasis is a condition that happens when the immune system signals the body to start producing cells at a faster

NATURAL TIPS TO TAME PSORIASIS:
1- Wash regularly. Taking daily gentle baths helps remove scales and calm inflamed skin.
2- Avoid your triggers. Try keeping a journal for several months, and note when your psoriasis flares up. Were you stressed at the time? Did it happen after you had a few drinks? Try to make connections to find out what may be triggering the skin eruptions.
3- Take a fish oil supplement. Some studies indicate that daily supplementation with fish oil can help reduce inflammation associated with psoriasis. Try 3 grams a day.
4- Apple Vinegar Wash. If you have scalp psoriasis, try applying organic apple cider vinegar to the scalp several times a week. You may want to dilute it with water (1-to-1 ratio).
5- Relaxation practices like yoga, acupuncture or meditation have been known to relief stress psoriasis.
6- Keep your skin always moisturized. Apply moisturizer right after your bath or shower to lock in natural skin oils. Bonus tip: Keep your creams in the fridge for a cooling effect.
WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T DO IF YOU HAVE PSORIASIS
Using the detergent like dish soap, laundry soap and most cleaning supplies. As these are very damaging to the skin and can cause an infinite number of skin reactions. Replace these with natural detergent alternatives if you can, use gloves and limit contact as much as possible.
Avoid products with irritating ingredients like alcohol, synthetic fragrances, ingredients in sunscreens, sodium lauryl sulphate and sodium laureth sulfate.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Avoid trigger foods. Some of them are dairy, gluten, red meat, condiments and of course junk food.
