My hair has become thinner over the past 3 years due to medication that I have to take for Lupus. I lost a large portion of my hair and was wearing wigs to cover it up. I lost all of my hair with the exception of a few strands when I went through chemo in late 2015. While under treatment I used Nioxin to keep my scalp pores clean and clear so (hopefully) my hair would grow back evenly. My hairstylist suggested it, ialso nforming me, that once the skin grows over the scalp pores, new growth would not be able to penetrate the skin and may result be in patchiness. Once the fuzz started growing back I preferred to use a natural product. This is my hair today,, almost a year since it started it's new growth.
