Return Policy
We want you to love your hair and skin care products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is returned within that time frame.
We do not accept empty or nearly empty containers for a refund.
Samples are not eligible for returns or refunds under our return policy.
We do not allow exchanges.
Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice along with the return.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured United States Postal Service.
We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not offer return labels.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the time that we receive it.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment that you used to make the purchase with.
We will email you a copy of your refund when it is issued.
Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.

Damages & Shortages:
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier.
Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents.
