How to Use
Shake well before use.
Wet your hair thoroughly.
Massage the shampoo into your hair.
Lather and leave on hair and scalp for a few minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
For best results, use at least twice weekly and follow with conditioner. "Did you know that rinsing your hair with bottled water is best? Most water has hard minerals in it which accumulate on your freshly washed and clean hair. Using pure bottled water helps your hair be the best that it can!"
TIPS
• Wash your hair about two to three times a week to keep the natural oils in your hair. If you must wash your hair more often, try to wash your hair no more than every other day.
• If your hair feels on the dry side, we suggest our Dry Hair Conditioner.
• Always use a wide tooth comb to prevent damage to hair. Try to comb starting from your ends to your roots.
• Do not brush wet hair. Brushing wet hair can cause breakage.
• Allow your hair to air dry or blow dry your hair using the lowest settings to prevent damage.

I love this shampoo for my curly 3A hair. It gently cleanses my hair without making it dry. My hair is naturally very healthy and shiny but there are days that it does get dull and dry. I have been co-washing for 3 years now and have been on the hunt for a good clarifying shampoo that I could use every month. I purchased this shampoo for my pre-teen daughter who has long, thick curly hair. Love this shampoo!
I was using a cleansing conditioner and my hair was not growing very well. I have always had long hair and wanted something to make it grow more. I only have to use this shampoo 3 times a week and my hair is growing so fast! Amazing shampoo

Shampoo
I have been using this product, various shampoo's, for about 2 years now. I will not go back to you store bought or salon shampoo's again. My hair was burned, from a flash fire back in 2008. It took me several years to find a product that would help my hair grow again and when I came across Just Nutritive, I knew this was it. I love this product. My hair is very healthy now. Didn't work for me :(
I really, really wanted to love this shampoo/conditioner set. The ingredients are fantastic! Unfortunately, it didn't work for my hair. I found after use it made my hair very heavy, and a bit greasy looking. Then the next day, my hair looked dried out, kind of like straw. It also caused my hair a ton of static. I don't wash everyday, and was already using a different natural brand before this, so I don't think was a detox period. I gave it two weeks, washing every other day (I used to be able to go every 2 days, but not with this), and it just didn't get better. I'm truly bummed about it, and happy for those it worked for. I gave it 3 stars because of the ingredients. It smells nice too, not overpowering but natural. For reference, I have long, fine, straight hair that normally had bounce and shine with my previous shampoo. This left is heavy and lifeless.
